Language: The retreat will be conducted in English.
Transport: Participants are responsible for arranging their own arrival and departure from the venue.
Ride Shares: We encourage carpooling to conserve fuel and reduce emissions. If you’re open to offering or requesting a ride, please indicate this on your registration form. A ride-share spreadsheet will be shared via email two weeks before the retreat.
Meals: Vegetarian meals will be provided as per the retreat schedule.
Dietary Needs: If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Participant Numbers: To ensure meaningful connection and engagement, the retreat is limited to 10–15 participants.
Accommodation: Cabins and bunk beds are available at the lodge. Depending on group size and accessibility needs, there may be opportunities to have a cabin to yourself.
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your spot, please arrange this directly with another individual and inform the retreat organizers at least 7 days before the retreat.
