Booking and Payment

1. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

2. Payments are non-refundable.

3. You may transfer your spot to another participant if approved by the organizers.

Participant Responsibility

1. Health and Well-being: This retreat is not a substitute for therapy or professional medical advice. Though there will be guidance, participants are responsible for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being during the retreat.

2. Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs at the time of booking.

3. Voluntary Participation: Participation in all retreat activities is voluntary. You assume responsibility for your choices during workshops, activities, and free time.

Accessibility

1. Accessibility Needs: We strive to create an inclusive environment. If you have any accessibility needs, including mobility, sensory, or other requirements, please inform us during registration so we can discuss accommodations.

2. Venue Accessibility: While we do our best to select accessible venues, please note that some natural terrains or facilities may have limitations.

Safety and Conduct

1. Respectful Behaviour: We foster an inclusive and safe space. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

2. Personal Safety: You are responsible for your personal safety during optional activities and free time, including nature exploration and adventure options.

Liability

1. Release of Liability: By attending the retreat, you agree to release the organizers, facilitators, and venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat.

2. Force Majeure: The organizers are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters or pandemics.

Retreat Changes

1. Program Changes: The retreat schedule is subject to change based on group dynamics, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

2. Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of payments made.

Privacy and Confidentiality

1. Confidentiality: Personal information shared during the retreat or in workshops will be treated with confidentiality.

2. Photography and Media: Participants may opt out of any group photos or videos taken during the retreat. Any media used for promotional purposes will only feature individuals with prior consent.
